Rental Requirements

Whether you’re a U.S. driver or visiting internationally, here’s what you’ll need to rent with Maui Luxury Rides.

U.S. Drivers

Age18+
Driver’s licenseValid U.S. license
InsuranceFull coverage (100/300/50) incl. Comp/Collision

U.S. drivers must be at least 18 with a valid U.S. license and full coverage insurance with limits 100/300/50 including comprehensive and collision.

International Drivers

Age21+
Driver’s licenseValid international license
InsuranceAvailable via third-party (additional charge)

International drivers must be at least 21 with a valid international license. Insurance can be purchased through a third-party for an added fee.

  • Beach Gear (Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella)
  • Body boards
  • Snorkel gear (Mask, Snorkel, and Fins)
  • Booster Seat / Child Safety Seat
  • Stroller
  • Golf Clubs (Men and Woman sets)
  • Prepaid fuel options

The first step is to request a time slot on the day of your booking. 

Once the booking is made, you will then provide your drivers license and your insurance documents.

Once approved by our staff, we will send over a rental contract. Once the rental contract is signed, your booking is complete and we will deliver at the desired location and time booked.

As long as you have full coverage insurance with 100 / 300 / 50 coverage, your insurance would apply to the rental.

 

If you do not have the proper insurance or would like to add supplemental insurance, we can provide it for you for an additional fee. 

We provide free delivery to west side of the island which is from Lahaina to Kapalua.

We offer delivery to all other parts of the island for an additional charge, including all local airports, resorts, and hotels on the island. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation should be made as soon as possible to avoid fees.
If you fail to cancel your reservation you will be charged the full amount.

We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice
7 days or more cancellation notices are at 50% percent charge of the full amount.
Less than 7 days cancellation notices are subject to FULL RENTAL charge plus all applicable taxes and delivery fees.

NO REFUNDS on cancellations less than 48 hours.
